Change Management is one of the major stories of today. Even if this
discipline is not recognized widely it is proven to be a crucial
factor in the case two units merge.
This means you can either ignore it and suffer afterwards or prepare
and accelerate throughout the merger.
This fact and parallel to that Strategic Management is one of
my
key
focuses which are trained e.g. at the Danube University Krems (see:DUK
MBA).
In parallel several ongoing hands-on activities are performed, e.g.
trainings, presentations, workshops etc.
The credo is: Out of expertise and
knowledge
form a solution rather than base them on pure theoretical work.
